Return & Exchange Policy

At REVEL, we want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.

Returns & Refunds

You can request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Replacement

Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, a replacement will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

You can exchange your order for a different size or color of the same product (subject to availability).

If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Products purchased during clearance/ final sale (if applicable).

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Write to us at myrevelclothing@gmail.com or log in to your REVL account.

Mention your order number and the reason for return/exchange.

Our team will guide you with the next steps for pickup or shipping.

Important Notes

In case of wrong or defective items delivered, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For size or preference-based returns, return shipping charges may apply.
